By using Ted & Stan's Towing services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Ted & Stan's Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Emergency vehicle towing
  • Flatbed towing
  • Roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes, lockouts)
  • Vehicle recovery
  • Vehicle storage

Service Requests

When requesting our services:

  • You must provide accurate information about your location and vehicle
  • You must have legal authority to authorize towing of the vehicle
  • You must be present or arrange for someone to receive the vehicle at the destination
  • You must provide valid identification upon request

Pricing and Payment

Vehicle Condition

  • Contents left in the vehicle
  • Damage to vehicles in unsafe towing condition

Storage

If your vehicle is stored at our facility:

  • Storage fees accrue daily
  • You must provide proof of ownership or authorization to release
  • We reserve the right to require payment before release
  • Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of according to state law

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
